After years of watching educators struggle with outdated tools and fragmented workflows, he recognized an opportunity to bring modern product thinking to music education.

At Lessnz, Tony leads product strategy, platform architecture, and AI-driven systems engineering. Kyle is a Grammy-winning drummer, educator, and curriculum designer whose teaching career spans classrooms, conservatories, private studios, and world tours. Across every environment, he saw the same problem: brilliant educators were spending more time managing tools, notes, and logistics than actually teaching.
