Your data is stored securely using Google Cloud Firestore (Native Mode), hosted in the United States. Google Cloud provides:

• Encryption at rest for all stored data
• Encryption in transit via TLS for all data transfers
• Strict access controls — only authorised personnel can access production data

While we implement industry-standard security practices, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
